Welcome to the first edition of the new AFRASCO Newsletter. It is hoped to make this a regular publication, initially coming out twice a year and then increasing the output if it proves to be a success. It is planned as a method of keeping all the council members aware of not only what is going on within the council but also to keep them abreast of the safety scene around the world, especially in Africa.
